Affiliate Rules

CMY Cubes Affiliate Rules

These are the standing rules of the CMY Cubes affiliate program, written down in one place. They apply to every affiliate, and by joining or staying in the program you agree to them. We may update them, and the latest version is always on this page.

1. Earn by sharing with your own audience
You earn commission only on sales you genuinely referred, through your own content, channels or audience. A sale that would have happened anyway, such as a customer searching for us by name, does not count as a referral.

2. No paid search ads on our brand
You must not run paid search ads (Google, Bing or any other search engine) that bid on "CMY Cubes", "CMY", "cmycubes", any of our product names, or any misspelling of them. You must not use your affiliate link, or a page that redirects to it, as the destination of any paid search ad. If you would like to run paid ads of any other kind, ask us first and get our written yes.

3. No coupon, deal or cashback sites
You must not post your code or link on coupon, voucher, deal, discount or cashback websites, forums or apps, or in browser extensions that find or apply codes automatically. Your code is for your own audience.

4. No misleading tactics
You must not use cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, pop-ups or redirects that set a referral without the customer choosing to click. You must not present yourself as CMY Cubes, for example through look-alike domains, ads, social media accounts or emails.

5. Sales that break these rules are not paid
Commission on any sale that breaks these rules will be rejected and not paid, even if it was approved earlier. We may also close your affiliate account.

6. Reviews and payouts
We may hold or reverse commission while we review where a sale came from. Payouts are made to a valid PayPal address, so please keep yours up to date in your affiliate account.
